We respectfully request that the Security Council convene an urgent meeting concerning

the escalating violence in El Fasher, where numerous civilian casualties have been

reported amid ongoing siege conditions.

The World Peace Center – Norway has compiled digital evidence of deliberate attacks

against civilians and other acts that may amount to war crimes or crimes against

humanity under international law.

We urge the Council to:

- Adopt a resolution demanding immediate access for humanitarian agencies.

- Impose targeted sanctions and an arms embargo on those responsible The Rapid

- Consider referral of the situation to the International Criminal Court for further action.
