The World Peace Center (Norway) submits this urgent appeal regarding the humanitarian

catastrophe unfolding in El Fasher, where civilians are enduring indiscriminate attacks

and starvation due to siege conditions imposed since May 2024.

We respectfully call on your Office to:

1. Deploy a monitoring and documentation mission to North Darfur.

2. Provide technical assistance to local human-rights defenders.

3. Include findings in a special report to the Human Rights Council and the Security

Council.
